Service:Qi Gong change

Qi Gong can be described as a moving meditation that enhances relaxation and over health - mind and body.  Qi Gong is similar to Tai Chi for health.  Qi Gong is a made up of very simple movements combined with breathing and relaxation.  It is a wonderful stand alone practice for health.  Qi Gong is also a great foundational technique to prepare for and enhance your practice of Yoga, Tai Chi, or similar arts.
